Our bach has been recently renovated, has a cosy fireplace and all the home niceties . We have decorated it with art works and it has an alfresco dining area for sunny mornings.It backs onto The Barbed Wire Gallery a gallery which features local art and artists.

We are centrally placed for winter skiing, the new Mountain to the Sea cycleway, Tongariro Crossing buses leave from Ohakune, The Ohakune golf course, Horse riding, Raetihi museum, Old Coach road walk to the viaduct, Ruatiti domain, a 30 minute trip to the Whanganui river at Pipiriki, jet from there to The Bridge To Nowhere and many other mountain and national park based activities.

We can't claim great views from the flat but there'll be lots to see just by walking around our historic country town.
