Sleeps 12 in 4 x bedrooms with 2 x bathrooms.

Bedroom configuration: Four bedrooms; All upstairs. First has 1 x Double Bed and 1 x Single, Second has 1 x Double with 2 x Singles. Third has 1 x Double and 1 x Single, Fourth has 1 x Double bed. All beds have pillows, duvets/blankets.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms (one up and one downstairs). Both upstairs and downstairs facilities have three separate rooms – one room has a toilet, one with shower and one room with basin and vanity.

Dining: A very large round dining table seating 10 with 2 x additional chairs available plus 3 x bar stools are at the breakfast bar.

Drying Room: Separate drying room large enough to store all ski equipment.

Entertainment: TV with SKY and VHS

Heating: A large Kent-style fire with plenty of firewood. Additional electric heaters throughout to keep you extra toasty warm.

Kitchen: Large open-plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer and oven and elements. Not the newest but certainly more than adequate and very functional.

Laundry: Separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

Lounge: Open-plan large lounge/dining/kitchen area. Lounge has been cleverly furnished with three separate areas for relaxation, watching television, playing cards or games or reading. You can all be together and yet have your “own space”. Lounge area has sumptuous comfortable seating for 12.

Parking: Off-street parking for 2 x cars. (also double garage can park 2 further cars).

Views: Great mountain view from 3 of the 4 upstairs bedrooms. Downstairs, the northern side of the chalet (kitchen/ dining and part of lounge) all have views.
