Owned by a retired Music promoter and well known Wood worker KAHA LODGE is full of interesting memoribilia and character from his days of travel and special times. A large lodge with 6 bedrooms and a sleepout sleeping 20 it is an experience to stay at this house. The walls are lined with books and art, the furniture is funky and comfortable in the very large but very warm lounge along with a pool table and fully dressed manniquin. There is a large dining area where christmas tree lights line the ceiling.
The fully equipped kitchen is open plan off the lounge, you can watch SKY on the large flat screen TV while you cook!! There is a wood burner and it is very warm.
There are two toilets and showers downstairs and a bathroom with a shower and a RED bath uptairs. Six separate bedrooms and a sleepout across the lawn complete this amazing property in 3 acres adjacent to the Rangataua Scenic Reserve full of Kiwi and the Kaka parrot with expansive and beautiful views of Mt Ruapehu... just 5 minutes drive to the entance of the TUROA side of the mountain KAHA LODGE has it all for a fun adventurous and memorable holiday stay.
